The space Whether you're here for hiking, wildlife spotting, or simply unwinding in nature, The Red Station provides a convenient basecamp for your Glacier Park escape. Enjoy picnic tables, charcoal grills, and fire pits for a perfect evening under the stars. You can get charcoal and firewood at local stores and gas stations. Please note late summer often has burn bans when the fire pits become off limits. 📍Prime Location: 🚗 10-minute drive to Glacier National Park’s West Entrance. 🍹 Walking distance to a restaurant, bar, distillery, and zip lines. 🏞 15 minutes to Columbia Falls (restaurants, grocery stores) ✈️ 25 minutes from Glacier Park International Airport ⛰ 30 minutes to Whitefish (lakes, dining, shopping) 🏙 35 minutes to Kalispell (larger city amenities) If your plans include a visit to Glacier National Park be aware that during certain dates you must secure a vehicle reservation for some of the Park's entrances during peak times of the day. Please check the Park's website for further details. Bear spray rental: If you need to buy or rent bear spray, it is $35 to rent two canisters for the duration of your stay, or $45/canister to purchase. If you end up using/discharging rented bear spray, there is a $15/canister restocking fee. Guest access Whole cabin, designated parking area for Red Station guests, hangout area (picnic tables and grills), and laundry facilities. Other things to note 1. There is no cable or satellite TV so bring your credentials for your streaming service subscriptions for the Smart TV. 2. While we can say we have the fastest internet service available to us (45MBps), we are in a rural area and the service can be intermittent or slow on occasion. 3. The location is very convenient to accessing Glacier National Park, however, this means you are right off the main highway. 4. There is a two-burner induction cooktop in the cabin, but no oven.
