Minisplit air conditioning allows for the most perfect temperature. Enjoy complimentary, TV with Netflix/Hulu/Amazon Prime, refrigerator with complimentary coffee, water, and some other beverages. Salt water, heated pool and Yard are SHARED with us. Plenty of space to spread out and keep socially distant in the yard/pool. Guest access Dedicated parking spot in the driveway. Other things to note Walk across the street to Doc's Pub for a cocktail, dinner, or Sunday brunch.
