Both first and second floors are vacation rentals and can be rented together depending on availability, see listing ID 1874020! Unit 2 is on the second floor (no neighbors above) of our 2 unit Victorian, overlooking our beautiful gardens. The unit is on a single level within the apartment with the exception of the laundry which is in the lower level mudroom entry. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable with a work space available in the twin bedroom. Holly House is located less than a mile from downtown activities, train, shops and restaurants, 7 miles from Crane Beach and close to farms and Greenbelt nature trails. This 2 unit vacation rental home has parking for up to 4 cars, 2 cars per unit. We may not be there to greet you but we are always available by phone or email. Holly House is a quick walk to Bialek Park, Downtown Ipswich, Train, or take your car to visit Crane Beach, The Crane Estate, Marini Farm, miles of trails and Trustees open space! You can reach downtown & train in just under a mile by foot, bike or take your car. Bring your bikes for a fun tour of the historic downtown or enjoy our many local mountain biking trails! There is an information book located at the property which details trash day, recycling, internet, check out procedure and local things to do.
