Located 2 miles from Brewster's famous bay beaches and close to bike path, and public lake beaches. The space Welcome to the cranberry farm! Upon arrival, you will be greeted and given a tour of your space and our cranberry farm, or if we are busy working you will be provided with instruction for self check-in and we can catch up in the morning when I ,or my husband are watering the flowers on the patio. The suite is our Finished walk-out basement, which is its own private entrance(sliding glass doors with a lock), with brick patio, outdoor seating, and private full bathroom. Overlooking our 10 acre farm property with cranberry bog and 1500 feet of private access to Griffith's Pond. We live above the suite(me, my husband, our 18 month old toddler and my mother in law). Peaceful, serene setting, close to all of Cape Cod's attractions. If you like fishing, bring your fishing gear! You have full private access to the pond and a canoe and rowboat for your enjoyment. The studio apartment is supplied with a coffee maker, TV(no cable) +Amazon Fire Stick(using your account), mini fridge, free wifi, beach chairs. We have a lovely duck pet. My husband's family have lived here for over 25 years and we are happy to recommend activities, restaurants, sites to see, etc. We also have another rental on the property. Guest access Studio Suite, entertaining patio, pond, walking trails on our working farm. Parking space for one vehicle. Canoe/kayak/small sail boat. Shared outdoor shower (in addition to your private full bathroom). We are friendly and informal and are available to give you as much privacy or interaction as you choose. During your stay we are available to answer questions at anytime! Other things to note There is No kitchen, or kitchen appliances to prepare a meal. We have another renatl on the property.
