During this time, the Lagoon pool will be closed. Rest assured, all other resort pools and amenities are expected to remain open for your enjoyment. This air-conditioned 1 bedroom sleeps 4. One king bed in the bedroom and one sofa bed in the living room, full kitchen, laundry, dining area, and furnished balcony/patio. Community BBQs near your room, beautiful grounds and access to all the resort amenities. This resort has a smoke-free policy. There is complimentary high speed internet. Guests enjoy: The Market Place and convenient store, BBQ Grill area, Pools, hot tub, children's pool and slide area, Fitness center, onsite restaurants, and beach access. The exact unit will be assigned by the front desk at check in. You will be assigned a room that has an ocean view classification OR an island view classification as designated and deeded by the resort. Note this means that the unit could be facing the ocean, the island and surrounding area, the pool area, view of palm trees, or the parking lot side. The exact view is not guaranteed. By submitting a request to book, you acknowledge that the exact room is assigned by the front desk and you acknowledge that the room view may vary. I will request an ocean view room for you but it is not guaranteed. Specific room assigned at check-in. While the amenities and features will be the same, you may not get the exact unit shown in the photos. There is no daily cleaning as a precaution at this time. Guests will check-in at the lobby. Upon giving your ID and credit card for refundable deposit and incidentals, you will receive your room keys along with resort maps, weekly entertainment/activities schedule, and resort/local discount offerings. The front desk and concierge are extremely helpful for all your needs. Note the name on the reservation must match the ID/credit card. Guests will arrive at the resort check-in lobby where your name will be on file for your reservation. Upon agreement, I will also send you the Marriott Resort confirmation letter confirming your reservation. I will be available for any questions via cell phone, but the on-site Marriott Staff are extremely helpful for all your needs! When you check out your balance will be $0 USD if you haven't charged anything to your room, except for the ~$18/day in taxes due at checkout (subject to change). * Guests will provide the name or names of the primary guests in the party who will be staying at the resort. Renter must be at least 21 years of age and be present at time of check-in. No re-renting, leasing, subletting, or transferring of this unit by the Renter to anyone else is permitted. Renter will be entitled to use the resort’s amenities the same as if the Owner were using the unit (unless otherwise specified), and is expected to abide by all of the Resort’s policies while enjoying their stay. * Security deposit policy: For the benefit of guests, and per Airbnb policy, the security deposit is neither collected at time of booking nor is a "hold" placed on the guest card at time of booking for the amount of the security deposit. Instead, should there be unforeseen damage or other non-coverable expenses during the guests' stay, Airbnb will contact the guest(s) for restitution.
