Private one bedroom with full bath and balcony overlooking garden and a peek at the bay. Great location less than a mile from beautiful First Encounter Beach, a wonderful bay beach, and five minute walk to freshwater pond with sandy beach. Ocean beaches and bike trail close by. Bring your bikes or kayaks, or rent them, and enjoy all the Cape has to offer. Great for singles, couples, small families. Has a small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. There is not a kitchen. The space The apartment has its own entrance separate from the main house. There is not a kitchen but does have fridge, microwave, electric tea kettle and a Keurig with a variety of teas and coffee pods provided. There are two beds, one queen and one twin. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower. In the apartment you will find a flat screen tv with access to Netflix, You tube tv and Amazon Prime. Tv tray tables and folding chairs are provided to accommodate eating inside the apartment. The apartment is up a flight of stairs. Enjoy the views from the balcony for morning coffee and/or afternoon drinks. We have beach chairs, beach umbrella, tubes and boogie board available for guests to borrow. The outside shower and grill are available but shared with the owner if they are present at the same time. Herring Pond, a beautiful freshwater pond, is a 5 minute walk. It is in a great location, just a mile off route 6, but very private with gardens. First Encounter, a wonderful bay beach is a mile away, and the Cape Cod Seashore is 5 miles away. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is less than a mile away. There is also a wonderful bike path to the ocean.
