A sunny, private room in a quiet, suburban home. Close to New York City. 20 minutes from both MetLife Stadium and Newark Airport (EWR). We are also about 13 minutes by car from Montclair State University and about 20-25 minutes from Rutgers University - Newark, Seton Hall University, and NJIT. Bloomfield College, Mountainside Hospital, local restaurants, shops, and a park are also walking distance. We are visual artists, so please enjoy our works throughout our home during your stay! The space The house has many windows, and most of the spaces are bright and sunny. It is decorated with artworks throughout, as we are visual artists. The bedroom is large and bright and is located on the second floor. It has a king-size bed . We may provide two single beds instead if needed. It also has a desk, a dresser, lamps, a closet and a tall bookshelf for extra storage. Guest access Guests are free to cook in the kitchen and use our utensils. We ask that you,please, clean up after your cooking and dining. Coffee and tea are provided. The living room, dining room, bathrooms and backyard are also available for you to use. You may use the washer and dryer once a week,two loads max. Please, provide your own detergent.There are laundromats in walking distance as well. During your stay My wife and I are usually home and are available when needed by phone or in-person. Other things to note 30 days minimum stay.
