Weather cooking a light meal or heating up dinner, you will love the ambiance of this setting. When you get tired of the inside, NYC is only 40 minutes away by Express bus (depending on traffic). Guest access Guests will be greeted by us on initial check-in and given a key code for keyless 24/7 access to both the house and to the apartment in which the private room is located. Guests will be give a physical key for the private room. ($10 fee will be charged for lost room key) Guests will share full kitchen and Living room but keep in mind no heavy cooking (especially smelly and greasy items). Light cooking such as vegetables, clean meats (with care) and starches are fine. Apartment includes: Full Kitchen (with some utensils), Living room and Dining room During your stay Due to the private nature of the apartment there will be very limited interaction between myself and guests unless it's at the guests request. Other things to note - Prior to check-in guests will be required to submit an online "Guest Registration Form" NO SMOKING of any kind in the apartment. NO PARTYS. NO ANIMALS or PETS ALLOWED Our family live on the premises and we clean the entire space.
