The space Come enjoy this quaint little farm house where you will feel like your worlds away but conveniently located near shopping, great local food spots (ask me when you book!), entertainment, parks, nature hikes, & much more! located on rout 34, Our cottage bousts a eat-in kitchen with a breakfast nook, livingroom and a full bath on the main floor. upstairs you will find two mirror bedrooms with queen size beds. The bedroom to the right of the staircase has a chase couch that has a twin matress for extra sleeping arrangements. The sun fills this home with beautiful natural sunlight, its the perfect way to wake up. Newly remodeled with plush amenities. Come escape! Guest access Entire house , back yard and driveway . Other things to note PLEASE ENTER THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF GUEST STAYING. THE NIGHTLY PRICE IS FOR 2 GUEST. IT IS AN ADDITIONAL $50 PER GUEST PER NIGHT AFTER TWO GUEST. ( if you so not add the correct amount of guest at booking you will be asked to pay the additional guest fee upon arrival). please be advised this home was built in the 1800's, although its been remolded the stairs to the bedrooms are narrow and a little steep. we ask our guest to please be careful and take this into consideration when booking. If you have trouble going up and down stairs, this might be an issue for you. Although we have a farm property below the cottage, please do not walk through the premise when workers are not on sight. Flowers are not always in bloom, please ask before booking if this is somthing you are looking for. Although this cottage has been updated , it is from the 1800's and not possible to seal every hole and the fact that it is located on a farm property with lots of trees guests may experience some stink bugs in the home during seasonal times Thank you
