Watch for bunnies and chipmunks as they scurry across the sandy paths. The cottage has a spacious deck, perfect for relaxing in the sun / shade, having family dinners, or gazing at the beautiful sunsets and stars. My cottage is one cottage back from the beach bank 50 feet away. Linens and towels Are Not Provided call Dunetooin Linens rentals. The space Our location is private and beautiful. Unlike the public beaches, our beach is peaceful and quiet. The cottage is both cozy and rustic with that" old cape cod charm". It is located near the end of a private graveled road. If you are interested in golf, the" Sandwich Hollows golf course" is about 3.5 miles away off of Quaker Meeting House Rd. Town of Sandwich is about 4 miles away on Route 6A. The main floor consists of a living/dining room, and small galley kitchen, which has been updated with granite countertops. There is one bathroom with a shower. The two bedrooms are downstairs in a finished basement that has recently been undated with new rugs, an open beam ceilings and new lighting. Rooms have their own heating and AC unit that make them cozy and comfortable. The large deck is great for relaxing. If you are looking to" just kick back and chill out", then this is the place for you. Guest access Guests have their own parking space that is accommodate for 2 cars. Other things to note Trash is collected on Sat. Please put trash and recycle items in the two trash cans on the side of the cottage and just leave the cans where they are. Please DO NOT place them by the road. If you wish to have a fire on the beach. Please build it near the low tide water mark, and put it out completely before you retire for the night. DO NOT have a fire when the wind is blowing towards the land.
