Summer Village on the Pond

The cottage resides in a gated seasonal community. Cable, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, 3 season dining/reading porch, two bedrooms (master bedroom with queen and 2nd bedroom with two twins), all bed and bath linens provided along with beach towels, plus parking for two cars. Sleeps four (4) . Weekly rentals only. Maximum number in rental party 4. The space Summer Village is a step back in time. Neighbors wave and say hello. Cars are parked, and bikes and walking are the norm. Enjoy access to family pools and adult only pool with hot tub, 24 hour gym, general store, restaurant, tennis court, basketball courts and beautiful beach. Hiking trails through out Summer Village. Recreation programming available for adults and children in July and August. Guest access Renters has full access to the cottage. Other things to note The Summer Village Association accepts no responsibility or liability to Renters with respect to Owners representations, Renters expectations, or any direct or consequential damages incurred by Renters with respect to renting and using an Owner’s cottage. Renters and their guests are subject to all rules of the Association. Renters are responsible for the conduct of their guests. Rules will be provided upon reservation request. A responsible individual of the Renter family at least 21 years of age, must be identified to the Association at the time of registration, and must be on site during the overnight hours with any persons younger than 21 years of age. Renters are not allowed more than 2 guests at any one time without prior approval from the owner; and no more than 4 people total shall occupy a rental cottage overnight, nor shall more than 4 people total from a rental cottage use any one amenity at any one time. Failure to comply will result in loss of security deposit $200.00 charge. Renters must notify the gate house of expected guests, prior to their being admitted. There must be a designated caretaker of at least 16 years of age for Renter children under 14 when parents or guardians are off-site during the day.* Neither Renters nor their Guests may bring or keep animals on the premises. Neither Renters nor their Guests may bring motorcycles on the premises. Renters must identify themselves as renters whenever relevant, and identify the Cottage and Owner from whom they are renting whenever asked by an Association representative, including security, management, staff and trustees.
