This awesome New Orleans home is right off of Magazine Street with lots of shops, restaurants and more nearby, but it's quiet so you can rest when you want to. We've worked hard to make it a beautiful space with special touches from New Orleans. It includes two bedrooms, an office, a walk-in closet, great kitchen with an island, some handmade decor and furniture, and more. Guest access There is laundry onsite (shared with a small commercial tenant and another one bedroom rental tenant below), a locked 6' gate out front, two private access doors in the front and back for this apartment. Street parking is available within a block or two from the apartment. Other things to note We consider small, crate-trained dogs on a case by case basis with a non-refundable pet deposit. Tenant must notify about the dog prior to booking. Failure to notify can lead to immediate cancellation. We and another on-site tenant are respectful dog owners and expect tenants to be as well.
