The space Step into your sun-drenched New York City one-bedroom retreat, perfectly balancing energy and calm. The bright, street-facing living room is filled with natural light and city character—ideal for morning coffee, remote work, or winding down after a day exploring NYC. A comfortable sofa sleeper accommodates occasional extra guests without compromising space or style. The fully stocked kitchen makes longer stays effortless, whether you’re cooking at home or prepping before a night out. Tucked quietly in the back, the courtyard-facing bedroom offers rare tranquility by NYC standards—cool, calm, and perfect for deep rest. This apartment is ideal for solo travelers, couples, or business stays, offering the best of both worlds: vibrant city living up front, peaceful sleep in the back. A true New York apartment experience, designed for comfort, light, and flow. Guest access My home is yours! With plenty of closet and drawer space, feel free to tuck in and make yourself at home - whether here for one month or six! Other things to note For 30+ night stays, a bi-weekly clean is included in stay. Additional cleans are $175 and include a full cleaning and a fresh change of linens. Please note that this apartment is priced as a furnished monthly rental. It is not a serviced rental. While we will continue to care for any maintenance needs that are typical of maintaining the property, you will be responsible for ongoing basic maintenance such as changing lightbulbs or batteries that burned out throughout the course of your stay, tightening screws that may come loose, etc. In addition to this, we may ask you to help us troubleshoot by flipping a circuit breaker, sending photos, or other small tasks. We may also need you to coordinate access if something larger is needed where we need to send a specialist such as a plumber or electrician. Additionally, renters insurance is not only highly recommended, but actually required by my building (and therefore of your stay). I recommend Lemonade, which offers insurance for as little as $5/month. Renters insurance covers both you and the home in case of accidents, acts of God, etc. So if unseen fire, flooding, etc. the insurance will actually pay to re-home you and for any personal damage or losses. Please also note that a starter pack of toiletries and paper goods is included with every clean, but may not be enough for the duration of your stay. Additional items are available for purchase at a nearby store (just a few minutes from the house).
