Clean home, new furnishings, lots to do in area (near Acme, Pinky's, Skipper Dipper). Leave 2 cars by us and take shuttle everywhere! Quiet, safe, relaxing area. Private deck for sunsets. Grill, beach chairs & umbrella. NO PETS NOTE MIN 4 NIGHT STAYS Might be considered AFTER LABOR DAY AND BEFORE MAY AND SUBJECT TO SPECIFIC REQUEST TO OWNER The space Bright unit, clean, quiet area. Close to beach, restaurants, activities. Non smoking home, smoking or pets not allowed, including service animals due to allergies of other renters. Owner friendly and on premises at times in first floor unit. Beach chairs provided, outdoor gas grill, clothes line, washer and dryer in unit, wi-fi included. Beds for 5, no additional guests for sleeping. APRIL 2021 UPDATE: We have updated the living/dining area to wood floors and installed new carpet in the bedrooms. Queen bed is moved to a different room to make a larger master and 2 twins moved to the smaller room that had the queen bed (new mattresses by the way too). There are now 2 twins, 2 twins as a trundle bed (if trundle not used there is only 1 twin in that room, providing more space) and 1 queen. Furniture otherwise the same with new queen headboard. Guest access Upstairs deck with 2 Adirondack chairs. Beautiful paved patio in back yard with umbrella dining table, 4 Adirondack chairs in sitting area. Outdoor propane grill, outdoor shower, clothesline. Patio may be used by owner at times but available to renters as well for dining or relaxing. Other things to note Safe area, large beach, family area. Short block to beach. Long Beach Township provides golf cart transport to and from beach for those needing assistance. Phone number is located in unit. Due to Covid we request that guests bring their own sheets and towels (4 twins, 1 queen). Clean blankets and quilts/spreads are on each bed and cleaned after each guest. Please shower/rinse off outside if ocean swimming to remove sand, and otherwise rinse sandy feet before entering from beach. Please don’t shower or bathe inside directly from ocean as pipes can clog.
