Bayou St. John Charmer

This full apartment is the other half of our Shotgun Double home. We are conveniently and centrally located in the Faubourg St. John Neighborhood in New Orleans. Our place is about 1 mile from the beautiful City Park and our apartment is also an easy walk to the Lafitte Greenway and Esplanade Ave. We are located about 2 miles from the French Quarter. We'd love to host you as you explore New Orleans! We are also an easy walk away from Jazz Fest. The space We have a full kitchen at your disposal including refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, table and chairs and yes... COFFEE. The beds are both queen sized beds. We also feature a living room with 1 sleeper sofa couch and a chaise lounger. We have 1 TV in the living room with a Roku. You are welcome to sign in to your own Netflix, HBO, Amazon Prime or any other account that you subscribe to. (We do not have cable TV). We provide complimentary access to a private guest wifi network. Guest access We will provide a code for you to use during your stay for keyless entry. You will have your own entrance which is located at the top of 4 stairs in front of our home. There is public street parking available nearby/along the side street of our home. Other things to note We are walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bakeries, wine bars, poboys, grocery stores including Whole Foods and we are about a $10 Uber or cab ride to the French Quarter and downtown New Orleans.
