SWEET STAY is what I call this guest room because many times when guests are leaving they say " thank you for a sweet stay." It comes with A FULL BREAKFAST and is served between 8-8:30 AM. It is a 5 minute walk to restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon and clothing store as well as souvenir shop and more . Going for a bike ride, jog or a walk, this is your spot. Pickle ball is a 10 minute walk. Kitchen is not available for guest cooking. Ready cooked meals are fine. Though we are very close to the ocean we sit on a lot that is 2-4 times larger than most on the street allowing for more privacy. Large driveway with plenty of parking. There are two AIRBNB rooms available in this lovely Cape Cod style home. I will accommodate anyone with a private bath when possible. Sometimes this is not possible if both PEACEFUL ROOM AND SWEET STAY / AIRBNB rooms are rented. No kitchen access to cook and no space for guest’s food in the fridge. Cooking is part of what I do for a living and I am usually found there. The only common space is the beautiful back deck. We are here when guest/guests arrive to show them around and be sure they are comfortable and know where everything is and to give them a code to the keypad to come and go as they please. The most interaction is at breakfast if they choose to have it, other than that we like to give them their privacy. This is a sweet little beach community with just about all you will need within walking distance. Restaurants, groceries, beaches and marinas. Thirty five minutes to Boston and thirty five minutes to Cape Cod. Whether it is a run on the beach or a lovely walk around the area.. it is simply beautiful here. There is a local bus system that picks you up at close by spots. There is also a bus that goes in and out of Boston with the pick up spot being a 5 minute walk. A lovely breakfast is served each morning.
