Cozy Condo with Water View

A little slice of heaven in South Wellfleet. This cozy property has all you need for a relaxing vacation on the Outer Cape and all it has to offer. Located on beautiful Drummer Cove with spectacular sunset views. It's an ideal spot for singles or a couple. Great location. A short drive to oceanside beaches, bike trail and Wellfleet village. 30 minutes to Provincetown. Weekly minimum stay in prime season. The property will be professionally disinfected and cleaned as per AirBnB guidelines. The space The 300 square foot condo consists of two connected rooms, the larger room has a full size bed, fireplace, closet, dining area and a well-stocked kitchenette for your simple cooking needs. The living room area is separated by a door and window shade and has a queen pullout sofa and cable TV. The bathroom is directly off the living room, as is the double slider doors leading out to an exclusive use patio garden with ever changing marsh views. Directly across the access road on RT 6 is the bike path, the famous PB Boulangerie Bakery & Bistro and Lecount Hollow Road leading to the national seashore beaches and kettle ponds. Wellfleet Center is three miles down RT 6 and Provincetown is 25 minutes away. Guest access Exclusive access of condo and outdoor patio, as well as common outdoor sitting area near by. There is one assigned parking spot and two shared guest spots available. Other things to note As the space is small, it would work best for singles or a couple, or possibly a family with one small child (although it is not childproofed.) When the additional sofa bed is pulled out, it takes up most of the living room so access to the outside patio is limited. During the day, the sofa bed should be tucked away. For cooking, there are two cooktop burners, microwave, a portable gas grill outside and a confection/toaster oven.
