**NEW FOR 2026 BEACH TAGS INCLUDED** Perfectly situated on the beach, this 2bed/1bath, 2nd floor 750 sq ft condo will allow you to relax and enjoy the view. The space Each bedroom has a king size bed. One of the bedrooms has a second TV. Pull out sofa in the living room houses a brand new queen size memory foam mattress. Also in the living room you'll have a smart TV with access to apps such as disney+, Prime, Netflix, etc. Updated bath. Eat in kitchen. Two private rocking chairs off the front bedroom for your enjoyment. Please be advised that the Parking spot for this condo can be difficult for some mid size SUVs. Large size SUVs or over sized vehicles will not fit in the parking bay. Also, there is no trailer parking in the spot. Vehicles only. Street parking available at no cost. Guest access There are two ways to enter the property. Side entrance that sits beach front and a side stair case on central Avenue. Please unload luggage and carry it up on the central Avenue stairs. These stairs are much wider than the stairs that sit beach front. Lock box located to the right of the sliding glass door. Second floor. 2C. Other things to note Please bring your own linens and bath towels: king size sheets for the bedrooms, queen size sheets for the pull out sofa will Be needed. We will provide some items to get you started to make your arrival a little easier. A roll of paper towels, dish soap, new dish sponge, DW pods, a few trash bags, as well as some disposable hand towels and a roll of TP will be provided. Two beach chairs are available for use but not guaranteed. *****New for 2026, we are supplying SIX seasonal beach tags and a water proof carrying case that will be available for use during your stay. Beach tags and water proof case MUST be returned prior to departure or a $45 fee for each tag and $30 fee water proof case will be charged.
