The open kitchen includes an island, brand new gas range, microwave and refrigerator as well as all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare the meals you'd make at home. Help yourself to the bottled water in the fridge as well as to the teas and coffee K-cups. The living room has a 65" smart tv with access to Netflix and YouTube TV. It's on an adjustable wall mount, so angle it towards the kitchen to watch the news while eating dinner, or back towards the sofa when you are stretched out binge-watching your favorite show. Download the Sonos app and play your music through the speaker on the entertainment center. The dining room has a table for sit down meals or spreading out and working. The fireplace, while an attractive architectural detail, does not work. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a sunny sitting area, perfect for relaxing with a hot beverage and good book. The TV is also on an adjustable wall mount and can be angled towards the bed or sitting area. The second bedroom has a full size bed and its own closet. The third room serves as a study with its own private workspace and fast internet (130 Mbps download / 30 Mbps upload) or bedroom with a full size sleeper sofa and comfortable memory foam mattress.
