There are several shuttle companies at the airport that provide transportation into Waikiki. A few of these are VIP Shuttle, Roberts Hawaii, and Speedi-Shuttle. Can I leave my baggage in the unit before the 4:00PM check in time? - No, we are unable to store your luggage in the unit. Does the unit include amenities? - Your rental will have basic cookware and utensils (pots and pans, plates, cups, bowls, knives, wine glasses), as well as a coffee maker, iron, and hairdryer. Each unit will have a starter pack of toilet paper as well as basic cleaning supplies (dish soap, paper towels, general cleaning products, trash bags). What should I do with my trash? - The trash room is located across the elevators. Please be sure to place all trash in bags prior to throwing down the chute. How close is the nearest beach? - Walking at a leisurely pace, the closest beach would be about a 12-minute walk through Fort DeRussy Park. Waikiki Beach is approximately 1 mile away, or about a 20 minute walk. Does the rental have any beach items available for my use? - The unit may have beach items (coolers, chairs, beach toys) that have been left behind by previous guests for your enjoyment. Use of these items is at your own risk and should be inspected for safety prior to use, as we do not guarantee nor check the condition of these items. Should you need additional items, there are endless convenience stores (ABC Stores, Whaler’s General Stores) from which you can purchase some. Are there concierge services? - No, there are no concierge services. Is there a fitness center at the property? - No, there is no fitness center on the property. What does the housekeeping fee include? Will daily housekeeping be provided? - Daily housekeeping is not provided during your stay. The housekeeper will only service your unit AFTER you leave, to prepare it for the next guest.
