Dawn's Suite - Loya's Little House

My place is close to Iowa State University and 40 miles north of Des Moines. It sits in the scenic Skunk River valley. Our two farms have a total of 5 miles of trails to explore. You’ll love my place because of the landscaped gardens, decks, and patios. Guests have access to the house's common living areas. The house has lovely furnishings and original artwork. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids). The space Dawn's Suite is the newest addition to Loya's B & B. The spacious main room has three chairs, a table, desk, and king bed. It is centrally air conditioned and heated. The walk-in closet has been converted into an extra room with a full bed. The room has an in-suite bath with large vanity, whirlpool bath, and a separate shower/toilet room. The suite also has it own private outdoor deck and private outdoor entrance. The total suite measures 700 sq. ft. Guest access Guests have access to the rest of the house which includes a big eat-in kitchen, a dining room, screened porch, living room, family room, two patios, and one large deck overlooking a water garden. During your stay The hosts live in the apartment on the bottom level of the house. They are available to help when needed. The hosts do not share any living space with guests staying at the property. Other things to note This property sits on a rural 12 acre site north of Ames, IA. The farm has 5 miles of trails that guests are welcome to use for hiking, running, cross-country skiing, or snowshoeing. The adjacent river can be accessed by two canoe landings nearby. The grounds have been beautifully landscaped. This property does not charge any hidden fees. We only asks guests to clean up the kitchen before they leave (fill and start the dishwasher) and to take empty cans and bottles with them. We do all the stripping of the beds and laundry. We guarantee this property has no hidden cameras.
