Our house is large with plenty of room for family and friends enjoying each other's company! Also good for a business trip with multiple people who want their own privacy. We are located in the heart of Lafayette, 1/2 mile from River Ranch, 3 mi to downtown, 2 miles from the Acadiana Mall and walking distance to Thomas Park! The neighborhood is perfect for a walking & biking! Come and enjoy Lafayette's Cajun culture! Welcoming and friendly people everywhere! Lafayette LOVES company ❤️ The space 1 King bed and 3 Queen beds and 3 Full baths! Nice big kitchen for cooking and entertaining! 5 Burner stove top! All the dishes and accessories you need! Guest access Huge carport plenty big for outside entertaining and beautiful back yard with large patio table and charcoal grill. The front yard has a beautiful 60 year old live oak tree providing plenty of shade! Other things to note We call it the 'Festival House' because there are so many festivals in our area! Whatever you are here for, this house is in a great location with access to plenty good restaurants, shopping, entertainment and sights! We are in walking distance to River Ranch!
