NEW UPDATES DONE, TAKE A LOOK! Vintage View Suite is a small Airbnb located in the upper level of this Victorian Home close to downtown Dyersville, IA. Home of the Field of Dreams! Please take a close look, it has been redecorated recently! Great for 2 Guests and a wonderful stay! Thank you for taking a look! Queen bed, kitchenette, fireplace, private bathroom, upper deck patio in the summer months, close to downtown restaurants, shopping, park, walking trails and beautiful Basilica! The space Small suite with all the necessities! Queen size bed, gas fireplace, small kitchenette with microwave, mini frig, coffee maker and toaster. This unit has a private bathroom with a walk in shower only. Shared spaces with another suite are as follows: Entryway and steps leading to the suites. During the summer months their is an upper deck patio with furniture to enjoy beautiful weather. Guest access Besides access to the suite, you will have access to an upper deck patio for use during the summer months. Also during the summer months if you would like to use the amenities of the wonderful park near by. Please ask for use of any of the following: basketball, frisbee golf set, pickleball equipment. Other things to note Please Note: Suite is on an upper level and will need to be able to use steps getting into the suite. Only the guests that are on the reservation are ok to stay during the evenings. Please inform hostess if others will be visiting the room when you are in, and no extras are allowed overnight. NO PARTYS PLEASE. NO SMOKING ALLOWED ON PROPERTY, any notable signs of smoking in room or near property will be given a fine of $200. Thank You. SECURITY CAMERS ARE AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE SUITES, this is for the safety of all the guests and the hostess (lives on property on lower level)
