FALMOUTH: Authentic cape cod cottage Private room

READ HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING! My cute cottage is close to the beach and is a 5 minute walk. Great Bay is 3 houses down which is a warm, no wave salt water bay where you can bike/walk the beautiful scenic dirt path alongside the bay.. Close to boat that goes to Martha's Vineyard, Harbor, and center of town. 5 min walk to beach and a 10 min walk to Falmouth Heights beach where all the action is, bars, restaurants etc. and restaurant/bars. Close to center of town The space My cottage is a traditional old cape cod style. Knotty pine walls, high ceilings of beadboard, pine floors, best outdoor shower as well as new one inside and the view overlooking great bay. Guest access Bikes May be rented at a bike rental business close by During your stay Leave your car behind and walk/bike around the town. Also UBERS are all over. I am around most of the time to greet guests (but not always), and serve breakfast out on the porch overlooking the bay. Other things to note I have two kitty's .mainly stay outdoors during the day and indoors at night..háve 2 beds...maximum 2 adults.
