This cottage is perfect for small families or groups who want to enjoy a quiet vacation at one of Cape Cod’s most sought after vacation destinations. New ductless AC system installed for those hot summer nights. This bright & sunny end unit is located on quiet one way street and is a short 3 minute stroll (.2 distance) to the private deeded Maushop Village Beach. Four brand new backpack beach chairs, toys and beach cart with wheels will make traveling to and from the beach a breeze. The Kitchen has been fully updated including a new open dining layout, white shaker cabinets, lighting, granite counters, larger island and brand new stainless steel appliances. New tankless heat/hot water unit was installed in May, 2019. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath. The upstair loft/bedroom includes a shower and 2 twin beds. We have stocked each bedroom with new linens and towels which are sanitized prior to your stay. There are beautiful wide pine floors, cathedral ceilings and and a stacked washer/dryer off the kitchen. Relax or dine on one of the two brick patios with outdoor seating and a grill. Stay cool in our cottage with ceiling fans throughout and 2 ductless mini split AC units. We are also a short walk to Popponesset Marketplace which you can enjoy free concerts, shopping, mini golf, restaurants, a coffee shop, a general store, bike rentals and a Ice Cream shop. The Mashpee Commons is a short drive away in which where you will find many high end shops, restaurants, bowling and a movie theater. Falmouth, Hyannis and Martha’s Vineyard are all easy day trips from New Seabury. We are following strict CDC protocols and your $300 cleaning fee will be directed to a professional cleaning service who will • Pay extra special attention to disinfect and sanitize our cottage before and after your stay • Provide cleaning supplies to all renters during their stay that remain at the cottage • All linens and Towels are cleaned/sanitized and provided in sealed laundry bag for your stay **A $350 cleaning fee is required for all rentals and there is a 14.45% fee for state and local short term rentals **Security Deposit covers damage and Beach Flag/Parking pass fee if not returned
