This is a newly renovated 1 bedroom apt located in Union City, New Jersey. It has a private entrance & it is centrally located to New York transportation 24 hours . You can be in Times Square area in about 15 minutes and the fare is $3.00 (each way). All type of stores nearby. The rate is $125 for 2 guests & there is an additional fee of $15 per night for any guests after 2 guests. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 2-4 guests, but if you are in a budget, you can fit up to 6 guests. The space NEIGHBORHOOD This cute one bedroom apartment is located in Union City, New Jersey. IT IS APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES AWAY FROM MIDTOWN MANHATTAN (not during rush hours). It is right across the Lincoln Tunnel and the Hudson River.*** 3.26 MILES AWAY FROM PORT AUTHORITY BUS TERMINAL AND TIMES SQUARE AREA. WE ARE CLOSER TO MIDTOWN MANHATTAN THAN STAYING IN THE BRONX, BROOKLYN AND QUEENS. - Walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, banks, shops, groceries, bakeries, etc. Hoboken is about 3 miles away, so if anybody wants to enjoy great restaurants and to visit Carlo's Bakery of the Cake Boss, just take Uber/Lyft ( about $8-$10) and you will be there in about 10 minutes. TRANSPORTATION - It is approximately 15 minutes away from Port Authority Bus Terminal / Times Square - Bus stop is 1 block away. These City buses are running 24 hours every15-20 minutes - Accessibility to pretty much every bus going into Manhattan - There are also shuttle buses running 24/7 365 days ( fare is $3.00 and you can pay cash ) - NO PROBLEM COMING BACK LATE AT NIGHT, shuttle buses stop 5 BLOCKS AWAY FROM THE APARTMENT and this area is safe. This is totally private and it is not being shared with anybody. You will be the only ones staying at the apartment. Other things to note This apartment is ideal for 2-4 guests , but it can accommodate up to 6 guests if anybody is in a budget. It has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and 2 additional QUEEN pull out sofa beds in the living area where 2 people can sleep in each bed. This apartment in located on the 2nd floor and THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. There 1 staircase from the street level to the apartment. If you are driving, we can provide you with 1 visitor's pass to park on the street as there is no parking in this building. The unlimited metro card in New York doesn't cover any buses traveling from New Jersey to New York or vice versa, it only covers buses and subways in New York.
