Our place is a beautiful 2nd floor apartment. Its approx 30 minute depending on traffic to NYC and approx 20 min to Newark Airport, 5 min to Teterboro airport, 10 minutes to MetLife Stadium, American Dream Mall and Theme Park, and 20 minutes to NJPAC and The Prudential Center! You’ll love our place - friendly neighborhood, spacious, airy apartment and comfy beds. Direct Bus to NYC, American Dream and MetLife Stadium down the street and NJ Transit train service only a short drive away! The space The apartment is very comfortable and beautifully furnished. Each bedroom has a closet and there is also a closet in the living room. Ironing board and iron are kept in the living room closet. The kitchen comes with dishes, wine, champagne and drinking glasses, cups (mugs), microwave, programmable pressure/rice/slow cooker, toaster, electric kettle, coffeemaker, Starbucks coffee and a selection of teas as well as assorted condiments and cooking oil, saucepans, frying pans. There is a side by side 2-door refrigerator that dispenses ice and water, washer and dryer and self cleaning gas range. The apartment is stocked with towels (bath, hand and washcloths), linens (with a hamper for used items in hall linen closet). Each room (except bathroom) is air-conditioned. Each bedroom and the living room comes with flat screen TV and HBO, Showtime, FLIX, and Premiership Soccer plus local and regional channels included! Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment and the backyard but no access to pool. Other things to note There are security cameras mounted on the exterior of our property as well as Ring video doorbell at the front door and Ring Floodlight camera covering the driveway and backyard.
