Spacious Loft Apartment with Mountain Views

Spacious, open floor plan loft with private patio & spectacular views! Located on a 6 acre lot only a few minutes from downtown White Sulphur Springs, allowing for plenty of peace & quiet. Apartment is fully stocked with kitchen amenities (Keurig, countertop ice maker, plus all the necessities) & entertainment options (foosball table, board games, books & magazines, Netflix & DVD's). Plenty of space for parking multiple vehicles, including large trailers, with convenient highway access The space The apartment is furnished with 2 queen beds & a sectional sofa with bed pull-out (1 queen air mattress also available if needed). The loft has a very comfortable sectional couch & a recliner, as well as a small writing desk if you need to work at all during your stay. The kitchen is set up with seating for 4, and comes equipped with all of the basic kitchen cookware & utensils, as well as a Keurig coffee maker & K-cups, drip coffee maker, grounds & filters, counter-top ice maker, and some light snacks & refreshments. For entertainment, the loft has a 55" 4K Smart TV connected to Netflix, WiFi & a DVD player (we also have several hundred DVD's available for guests to borrow for free). A vintage single-goalie foosball table, books, magazines, and family-friendly board games are also provided. The private east-facing patio is a perfect spot to watch the sunrise or to unwind in the shade at the end of the day. The loft is located on a large lot just outside of city limits, near the golf course, which provides our property with more privacy and "elbow room". However, it is approximately 1.5 miles from downtown main street, so it might be difficult if you are planning on having easy walking access to downtown. We live on the property in a separate building (approximately 50 yards away), and are available if guests need anything, but will give you complete privacy otherwise. We prefer guests do self check-in & check-out for everyone's convenience (instructions will be sent prior to your arrival), but are available if you do not feel comfortable with self check-in. If you would like us to meet you at the property, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements to meet you when you arrive. Guest access Guests will have full access to the apartment (the entire 2nd floor of the building) & east-facing patio. Other things to note To access the apartment, guests will have to climb one flight of stairs (interior stairway - see photo). The ground floor of the building is used by one of our businesses, and is restricted from guest access. It is currently used primarily for storage, and will not disrupt your stay. We ask that you do not attempt to access any of the other buildings on the property, as these are our private residences.
