Modernist Gem - sunset pondfront - walk to beach

Enjoy a quiet walk down dirt roads to ocean beach less than a mile away, or stay on site and indulge in the peaceful enjoyment of the fresh water pond steps away. West facing windows allow appreciation of an idyllic sunset over water. A path and stair leads directly to a private beach. This is a historically noted "Modern House." Note: Property is unavailable for July Aug, and Sept due to repeat tenants & family use. Ask about 2 other rentals available on property for May, June and fall. The space There are 3 bedrooms, but we would like to note that one is a loft with a stair up off the livingroom. There is a separate studio apartment space attached to the house by a hallway and stairs down to the unit. There are no shared walls with the house. The apartment has it's own pond access and deck and does not share living space with the house. There is a shared WIFI unit between the two accomodations. The studio is not space that is included with the house. Guest access the entire house is available, but the adjoining studio space is not included. Other things to note Tenants are allowed to bring pets which is usually a dog. If you have issues with animals, please inquire as to whether any are expected in the other two spaces on the property during the time of your stay..
