Month/seasonal rentals available .The house has a light open floor plan and is located on a quiet side street steps from the beach and the yacht club as well as around the corner from a pond with use of kayaks There is a large deck perfect for entertaining and a family game room with pool table and a foosball table. The yard is wonderful for outside play. We follow CDC guidelines for cleaning and allow only monthly to seasonal rentals for your safety. The space When you walk into the house, you walk into an open floor plan with high ceilings and skylights. The kitchen, dining area and living room have an lovely flow. Sunlight streams through the front door and window into the living room. In colder months, the warmth of the sun is uplifting. In warmer months you have the benefit of light with central airconditioning. Whether it is sunny or raining, the house provides activities. The 50 foot gated deck is perfect for entertaining as well as the large yard with the hydrangias adding vibrant color. If it is raining or cold, there are 2 fireplaces, one in living room and one in playroom. You can cuddle up in the airy loft for a movie or game of cards or retire into the playroom and enjoy a game of pool, fuseball or a football game. There is a master bedroom on the first floor which has access to the majority of the house without having to climb stairs (except a couple to get into the house -there is a double sink, as well as a full bathroom with individual shower and bath. Guest access Guests have the use of the entire house as well as the washer/dryer. There is large outdoor shower to enjoy after a sandy salty day at the beach. Other things to note I provide a beach pass which offers access to all of the Barnstable beaches both resident and public.
