Rooster Ridge (owned and operated by Laughing Rooster, LLC) is a rustic cabin with many of the comforts and amenities of home. The cabin was built for guests and sits securely behind our family home overlooking the beautiful Ouachita River. You'll be less than six (6) miles from restaurants and the Sterlington Sports Complex. *Pets are limited to one small dog. Cats are not allowed. **GUESTS MUST ALERT US IF PETS ARE INCLUDED. **Flexible cancellation policy minus service fee. The space Rooster Ridge check-out checklist Unlike most Airbnb hosts, we do not charge a cleaning fee. We are able to do this as long as our guests help us with basic cleaning. Please place used towels in the washing machine. Wash any dishes that you use. There is a broom, dustpan, and Swiffer hanging by the front door for any spills or other situations that may require these. Make sure you have all of your belongings before you leave. If guests are unable to complete the steps above, please leave $20 in cash or check on the dining table to cover cleaning. Guests must advice hosts before bringing pets onto the property. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of all funds owed and cancellation of reservation. *Smoking is allowed outside, on porches, and under cabin. This cabin is surrounded by trees, wild grasses, and blooming flowers and plants. **Those sensitive to these items should NOT reserve the cabin. Guest access Guests have access to all areas inside and under the cabin. Other things to note Inside the cabin are menus to the fantastic local and closely located eateries for your reference.
