Free street parking (please be considerate residents and utilize street parking adjacent to park). 10 minute walk to commuter rail, major bus station & connection to trains (mbta.com for schedule info). Near major highways, easy travel to airport & bus terminals. Outdoor sports field and fitness area in park across the street. No smoking. The space Bedroom #2. This room has a window air conditioner. A FULL size bed for 1-2 guest(s), a work desk and a stool. You will be given a keypad code for flexible check-in at whatever time is convenient for you. Everything you need will be at your fingertips: clean towels, toiletries in your private room, plus a towel(s) at the foot of the bed for you to step on after showering, a key to your door, fire extinguishers in the kitchen, mounted combination smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. The 2nd means of egress is in the kitchen to the left of the fridge. Common area is the reception hall. Upon arrival and during your stay, if you have concerns, please contact me. I will make every reasonable effort to have someone address your concerns. Guest access Reception hall (entryway to home), bedroom, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. During your stay I travel a lot. If I don’t respond to you immediately, there will be someone on the premises throughout your stay that will be willing and able to assist you.
