The space Built in 2021 with the latest technology & architect-picked furniture to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A professional cleaning crew ensures that you'll arrive in an immaculately clean home and can also be booked for update cleanings throughout your stay at your convenience. The open kitchen comes with brand new appliances, a fridge pre-stocked with refreshments, solid surface counter, a built-in cozy table that nearly fits up to 8 and FREE filtered drinking water. It is equipped with thoughtfully picked silverware, pots & pans, plates, glasses and all the little things that you might want when dining-in like napkins or salt & pepper grinders. It also hosts a small pre-stocked coffee and tea bar including Drip & Keurig coffee makers. Stay connected at all times with our FREE high-speed WiFi. This space is not only ideal for a quick getaway but also perfectly serves long-term stays as a temporary home with a designated workspace. You'll find everything that is needed to feel good right when you arrive. From bright white linen and cozy towels that literally scream c-l-e-a-n to soap bars, shampoo, kitchen towels and air refreshers. We want you to feel amazing and comfortable. To make it even better, we provide 4 seasonal beach passes to use during your stay giving you unrestricted FREE access to the Long Branch Beach. Guest access You will have access to the home at all times. The house is equipped with smart locks that conveniently allow self check-ins after 3pm. There is plenty of FREE street parking at all times. If you have any special type of vehicle like a small RV, electric vehicle or watercraft / boat / jet-ski that should be kept off the street and/or plugged in: just discuss other off-street parking possibilities with us. The house has 2 individual Airbnb condos that share the private backyard. Other things to note We are super reasonable and well-experienced hosts. We ask for honesty & transparency during the pre-booking discussions around guests, reason for travel and pets to ensure that your stay will be pleasant and without interruption. Please note: This house is not intended nor a good fit for any parties! The property is surrounded with monitored CCTV cameras and Long Branch Beach offers FREE access for anyone under 14 & over 62 with ID!
