You can walk to everything! The space The apartment sits above the popular retail store Cash & Clive on the famous Washington Street Mall in the CENTER of town. This unit has a private stairway and on site key pickup entry. It has 1 king size bedroom with a furnished living room, fully equipped kitchen, and free in-house washer and dryer. Enjoy your morning tea or coffee at the dining room table. Catch up on Netflix or watch your favorite movies on our 32 inch Smart TV. Your home away from home! The decor is modern and minimal-- less is more and there is certainly some charm to the building as it was originally built in 1940 so you can expect some "charm" even though it has been recently renovated. Guest access PARKING: Metered parking is readily available use the Park Mobile App to pay. Free non-metered parking is available on nearby streets as well. We recommend unloading your things and then park your car for the duration of your stay on a free street, you can then walk, or use Cape May free ride to get around town. Some FREE nearby free streets are: Congress Street, North Street, Windsor Ave (all above S. Lafayette St.), Claghorn, West Perry Street, Bank Street. Other things to note Facts about the property: We DO NOT provide bed linens or towels. You must bring your own or you can use the LINEN LADIES SERVICE that services our area with linens and towels- they can drop off and pick up for you during your stay. You are responsible for coordinating this. We do provide pillows without pillow cases. Due to severe allergies of the owner we are a PET FREE RENTAL and cannot host any animals. The units have smart tv's and wifi, allowing you can log into your Netflix accounts, amazon accounts etc to watch tv. The building is old and updated leaving some “charm” behind such as original hardwood floors throughout & some architectural details. Please note not all windows are functioning some are permanently locked for safety. The entrance is a tall & narrow flight of 18 stairs making it NOT handicap accessible. Brand new Casper mattresses in all bedrooms as of 2021. We provide enough toilet paper and paper towels to get you through the first 24-48 hours. We provide the cleaning basics to help you tidy up throughout your stay and cleanup any accidental messes (broom, swifter wet, dyson vacuum, counter spray). We provide hand soap at all sinks.
