Beautiful 5BR home on bay canal with heated pool!

Beautiful home on a bay lagoon with a heated pool! Come enjoy some rest and relaxation at our Bay house! This fiveBR, three bath home is fully stocked with all the items you will need to enjoy the pool and the neighborhood beach (beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, sand toys, etc.). The house also has 2, two-seater kayaks for exploring the neighborhood lagoons. Comfortably sleeps 8! This is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood! Most of the 1st floor of the house is wheelchair accessible. The space This home has everything you could need for your family to soak in the sun on the back patio, pool side or at the beach. The inside of the house is equipped with all the cooking essentials, including a coffee machine, baking/cooking basics, infant seat, pool/beach towels, washer, dryer, printer, pack and play, etc. The downstairs bedroom has an xbox 1 and a PS4. There are board games, puzzles, coloring supplies, and blocks for your children to enjoy. For use outside, there are 5 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, a beach cooler, boogie boards, two (two seater) kayaks, sand toys, and pool toys. Pool is heated during the summer months! Please note: the boat/jet ski on the dock are not available for use! The first floor of the house is accessible with a wheel chair. Our son is in a power wheel chair and enters the house through a ramp into the dining room. He can access the dining room, living room, kitchen, first floor bedroom (twin bed with trundle). There is a bathroom on the first floor that has handle bars around the toilet and has a bench in the shower. Please note: the bathroom is not large enough for the wheel chair to go inside. The bathroom has a door that provides private access to the bedroom (creating an ensuite). The house is located 3 minutes away from a small neighborhood beach that is on Barnegat Bay. There is a lifeguard on duty in the summer and it is perfect for small children as there are no waves. There is a picture of this beach in the listing and the guidebook under Berkley Shores. If you are looking for the larger Jersey beaches, we are a 20-25 minute drive to Seaside and 25 minute drive to Island Beach State Park. Guest access The driveway has space for two vehicles and there is free street parking for additional cars. Other things to note Please note: the boat and jet ski docked at the house are not for use. There is absolutely NO smoking at the house and NO parties. This is a very QUIET neighborhood.
