The space A neighborhood home that is extremely convenient and close to all of the fun and excitement, yet only 12 minutes from the hustle, bustle of the city! We are located in a quiet and safe suburb home with parking for many vehicles. The streetcar (trolly) is only 4 miles away which travels to the city of New Orleans; the city that never sleeps! My home is equipped with a coffee pot, coffee, creamer, sugar and other sweetners. I also offer coke,diet coke,sprite and bottle water. There's a microwave, crock pot and a refrigerator, as well as utensils, dishes and other essentials for your convenience. We are in walking distance to a convenience store, a daiquiri shop and the Chalmette National Battlefield. Within a half mile radius there is the famous Rocky & Carlo's restaurant, a hospital, grocery, Wal Mart, laundromat, post office, banks, casino, local hot spots, and a park just to name a few! Guest access Guests will have uninterrupted access to the entirety of this home - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, & living area. Charcoal smoker and grill! Gas bbq pit ! Fire pit ! Other things to note Please note that we are located in a residential commercial area so please be mindful of your neighbors. No Dj’s or music allowed! Check in is anytime after 4:00 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m. unless special arrangements are made. Off street parking available for cars. Any other information will be in guest manual once you arrive. Please note that the "Security Deposit" is not debited or credited to your account when you book nor when you check in. This amount is what you would be liable up to if there was damage to the property after your check out and we can show this to Airbnb. Unfortunately due to the nature of the space I am unable to offer luggage storage after check out.
