WALKING DISTANCE TO FESTIVAL INTERNATIONAL, FESTIVALS ACADIENS, & ONE BLOCK FROM MARDI GRAS PARADES Tucked behind the main Freetown ranch-style home, sits this cozy stand-alone apartment. It's located just a few blocks from the heart of downtown, where you will find music, food, and drinks aplenty. ¼ mile from UL-Lafayette's main campus, and just 2 miles (5-minute drive) from the airport. The space The apartment is all yours! The bathroom is stocked with basic toiletries: soap, shampoo and conditioner, tissue, iron + ironing board, and towels. Coffee, tea, and creamer are provided. There is a drip pot as well as a Keurig. Help yourself! The kitchen is fully functioning with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. Pots + pans, utensils, and dishware are provided. There are two bedrooms. One has a queen-sized bed and the other has two twin beds in it. Each bedroom has a large closet and a dresser in it. The TV is equipped with AppleTV so you can access Netflix, etc. Please, no guests sleeping on the couch! PARKING Parking is available on the street, as most of the houses have driveways on our block, this should be no problem (unless it's Mardi Gras or Festival International). Guest access The patio in front of the apartment is shared with us and the other rental property across from this one. Please be respectful of the space! Other things to note It's a great & comfortable place to stay. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud noise/ruckus after nine; families live close by. :) No pets, sorry!
