Come stay in our private, cozy garden level apartment in the lower level of our home in Andover MA. We are in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Andover Landing at Brickstone Square and a short ride to Philips Andover, downtown Andover, Merrimack College, and 16 miles to Boston. We are close to 93 and 495 for quick access to NH, ME and Boston. Enjoy your own driveway, outdoor space, and entrance. Come stay with us. The space Our space in perfect for 1 person, a couple, some friends, or a small family. The bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, end tables, closet and small tv. The living room has a futon. (Pictured in living room pics, gray) The futon folds down but really only big enough for 1 person. The washer/dryer is in the kitchen. The bathroom has a stand up stall shower. No bathtub available. We have pack n play's available as well as infant jumpers, toys etc. Let us know what you need and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Guest access You will have your own driveway which can fit up to 2 cars. Street parking is available as well. You will have a cozy private outdoor space under the trees with a table and chairs to enjoy nice weather. We do have a backyard with pool and kids play structure which are for our family use only due to liability issues. There is a beautiful kids park and running track within walking distance. Other things to note We live in the home and have 3 small children. Noise seems to follow them where ever they go but we do our best to reduce running and screaming. The main living area and bedroom of the apartment are under our kitchen. Dinners are our busiest time of day in the kitchen. Our playroom, living room, and bedrooms are not directly above the apartment.
