Condo complex features a pool, covered sitting area, on-site Resident Manager, community laundry and has a gated entry. Highlights of our units: 1)High speed internet connection, ideal for remote working and studying. 2)Perfect location, close to lots of fun restaurants, shops, parks and beaches. 3)Fullsize of kitchen, including a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and etc. 4)Coined Washer and Dryer in the building, as well as a clean swimming pool and a well-maintained garden. 5)window AC in unit for hot days. 6)Please note: no parking will be provided. what the place is the location is really convenient to everything Waikiki. we provide best customer service we can, all linens are cleaned every stay on site and you can see us doing it during your stay. pest control are applied every quarter, all rooms are cleaned after every stay by professionals. what the place is NOT: It's cozy little studio with one queen size bed. the space is not large but definitely enough for short stays. we provide all necessary items but nothing fancy or top shelf quality. we won't be able to answer calls at late nights. bugs are more common on the island than on mainland, other hotels also share this problem year around. we suggest our guests to not leave food out over night and apply pest control whenever we see there is a problem. Aloha, this unit is 1 of 9 units in our newly renovated apartment complex with all air conditioned rooms. if you are looking for place to stay in waikiki for a fraction of hotel costs, look no further. it is one of the most convenient locations where you can walk to everywhere and enjoy Waikiki. please note all our units have a kitchen space equipped with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and small electric cooktop. but it does not come with oven and range. if the place is best if you don't plan to do a lot of cooking, but simply want to microwave food, making sandwich to go or use electric cooktop for simple cooking as you spend your days enjoy the beautiful Waikiki area and its food scene.
