This house sleeps 10 comfortably (8 adults/2 children). 1st Floor - 1 queen BDR, 1 BA, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Laundry Room 2nd Floor - 1 BA, 2 queen BDR, 1 bunk bed (twin top/full bottom - children only), 1 king BDR with master BA. Cable in Living Room and Master Bedroom - Smart TV's for streaming in all other bedrooms. 5 blocks to beach - patio furniture provided on all decks and yard. Families only - smoke free - no pets - must be 25 to rent. Absolutely no more than 10 guests, including children, are permitted to stay per township guidelines. Weekly rental only in the Summer.
