Family member does live in the home. I live down the street from home and available by phone if you need anything. Short drive to Disneyland,knots Berry Farm, Universal studios, Hollywood, hospitals City Of Hope, Kaiser permanent. English language schools, Rio Hondo College, East Los Angeles College, Whittier College. Food restaurant, shopping malls between La Puente & Montebello & West Covina Malls. Please make sure you do not park in front of water hydrant you will get a ticket. Parking on street in front or side of home is permitted. No permit required. Bus transit is 1 block away but I recommend you have your car. In Los Angeles you need a car. No smoking in the house or bedroom no drugs of any kind permitted. No visitor of guest are allowed in home. Not suited for children. Please use appropriate clothing when going to take a shower. No walking around in a towel or birth suit. Thank you.
