Let us welcome you! The space This is a self-contained apartment attached to an owner-occupied Victorian home. Private entrance at the side of the house. Sunny rooms. Spacious bedroom with a queen bed; large living room with dining nook and a couch that opens to a double bed; bathroom with walk-in shower; and small kitchen. Enjoy beautiful period architectural details such as tall ceilings, crown molding, and an elegant (non-working) fireplace. You control heating and AC temperatures as we have a mini-splits (heat pump) exclusive to the apartment. Strong Wi-fi for remote working or just relaxing. Also board games, odd and interesting books, Roku TV and a ukelele (!). We provide small snacks, coffee/tea, and pantry basics (oil, spices, sugar etc). Cooking facilities consist of a microwave, an electric saucepan, hot plate, and toaster oven. Slow cooker available upon request. The refrigerator is mid-sized. Other amenities include ironing board and iron; hair dryer and curler; and a large double mirror inside the closet doors. Missing anything? Just ask! Guest access Access is through a keyless deadbolt lock, with customized passcode. Other things to note Driveway parking is available for one car.
