This 1,040 square ft log cabin, built in 2019, is located in the old mining town of Jardine. Jardine is 5.5 miles (15 minute drive) up a county maintained dirt road from Gardiner, Montana - the original entrance to Yellowstone! The cabin, along with our other three cabins, sits on just over 12 acres of private property that borders national forest land. The old Jardine mine site is part of the beautiful and unique mountain view, as well as being able to see and hear Bear Creek from your back patio! There are also great hiking trails just a short walk from the front door. If you are looking for a mountain get-away to be able to escape from the crowds after a busy day of activity in the park, then this is the perfect place for you! Cabin amenities *bedroom 1 - king bed *bedroom 2 - king bed *Full size sofa bed in the living room for 2 extra guests *65" Smart flat screen television in living room - log in to your favorite streaming service. *fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge & stove, microwave, drip-style coffee maker, filters, coffee grinder, toaster, pots & pans, dishes, dish towels & cloths, etc. also a starter amount of items like dish soap, paper towel, olive oil, salt & pepper. *2 big bathrooms with shower (no tub) *linens & towels *picnic table and propane grill on the deck (propane provided) *Only VERIZON cell service works in this area.
