Swimming pool located just steps from the pool house, mango and papaya trees out your door, and a beautiful authentic Hawaiian experience. An open aired (screened in) space made private with curtains and sliding walls with a kitchenette and private bath overlooking the pool and ocean, backed up to a mango patch, nestled in greenery The pool house is a very open and airy space located directly by the swimming pool. The swimming pool is a shared space so other guests still have access to the pool. The pool house has its own private bathroom and kitchenette. Either me or my cohosts Mark and Becca are always available for our guests. A lot of times we enjoy socializing with them and barbecuing and hanging out at the pool. Talk to Mark if you're interested in a fishing trip :) Located close to town and lots of Kona's beautiful beaches. The house is 25 minutes from the airport. We have a rental van available for guests, ask about availability and pricing. There is plenty of off-street parking if you have a car. Lyft and Uber is also available. We offer a shuttle service from the airport to our house for an additional $25 (typically cheaper than lyft or uber) In general we recommend renting a car to tour the island as sights to see and beaches are far apart. We also provide snorkel gear and boogie boards (free of charge) and surfboards or scooter rental for an additional fee.
