These comfortable rooms with two double beds are our most economical family accommodations. The space We are located adjacent to the 44 mile paved Rail Trail bike path and Cape Cod National Seashore property, where there is a one mile hiking path to Marconi Beach. We are located at the narrowest part of Cape Cod (only 1 1/2 miles wide here) so you will be close to both ocean, bay, and freshwater pond beaches. Guest access All guests will have access to the huge indoor pool, outdoor sundeck, ping pong and billiard table, centrally located playground and barbecue area, shuffleboard, 5 hole mini golf, basketball court and coin op laundry facilities.
