Tons of outdoor space - relax on the fantastic double wide front porch or have a family BBQ in the rear yard complete with Weber Char Grill. Patio set with umbrella in rear yard and large front porch provide seating for everyone to enjoy those warm, quiet summer evenings. This 2-story home has an excellent layout featuring living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen as well as a main level bedroom with a queen sized bed which is perfect for those who do not want to climb stairs. Upper level consists of three large bedrooms; center bedroom with two double beds and each side bedroom has two single beds in each (no bunk beds). There is also a small sitting room with TV situated off the kitchen area so the home offers a lot of room for the family to spread out. Great location; park your car and walk to your favorite places. This is an older home and is well cared for as you can see from the photos. Property is checked by Owner at every changeover to assure the home is in a clean and acceptable condition for the next guests. We warmly welcome you to our shore house to experience a great family vacation! Upon reservation request, a Lease will be forwarded for your review and signature. Renter must be at least 25 years old. No event/group gatherings or Senior Week Rentals - Families only please. Maximum Occupancy: 10 (including children) Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday only.
