Reservations are available in weekly (7 night) increments with arrivals and departures on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only. This one-bedroom villa offers a separate living room with a fold-down queen wall bed and dining area, connected to a king bedroom and bathroom. The kitchenette features a mini-refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and glasses. Unit bedding may vary: 1 king or 2 double. Other things to note Beginning March 2023, exterior Building Painting will impact villa views and lanai use due to the necessary cables and scaffolding when the tower is being worked on. The hotel co-located with Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club is renovating common areas throughout 2024. As these areas are shared facilities, please be aware the Fitness Center and Food and Beverage outlets will be relocated during these renovations. One whirlpool at a time and the adjacent portion of the pool will be closed off however the other 4 whirlpools and surrounding pool area will remain open. Marriott’s Kauai Beach Club Owners and guests staying at the resort may be impacted by the above as well as noise from the renovation while enjoying the common areas of the property as well as in their villa. Please note ADA routes will be provided, however, may be impacted. Beginning Aug. 12, 2024, to Dec. 18, 2024, Marriott’s Kaua`i Beach Club will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment. The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The AIRBNB calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire with the agent and do not reserve airfare until your confirmation has been received. Be advised that at some resort destinations, you will be required to pay a daily villa occupancy tax, environmental fee, energy surcharge, parking fee or other miscellaneous charge. For exact dollar amounts or resort destinations that charge this fee, check with your agent. Any questions about this should be asked and answered prior to making a Reservation Request, as once the request has been accepted, the reservation is non-refundable. Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty. Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. A specific view category must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement. Please be advised that if a non-domestic credit card is used to reserve a vacation rental, additional fees may be incurred. All details are accurate to the best of our knowledge.
