Relax in a beautiful room equipped with many features to help make your stay more comfortable! The entire property is gated and has plenty of room to relax and refresh yourself. Located 5 minutes from the airport and about 10-15 minutes from downtown Kona. The space Private room with a queen sized bed. There is also an air conditioner that can be used if it gets too hot. The room has a private bathroom with complimentary towels and toiletries. The room also has a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot that you may use freely. There is a closet for your clothes along with an iron/ironing board inside along with extra pillows. The room has a clear view of the backyard and gets a nice breeze with the windows open. We have an air mattress available for groups of 3 if needed. Unfortunately, the air mattress is exclusively for groups of 3 and cannot be used for groups of 2. Guest access **Please note these are all shared areas with other guests.** Patio: Beach chairs under a gazebo, small sofas or wooden chairs to get some work done. Choose your comfort as you enjoy the ocean view and scenery, all while enjoying the trademark Kona breeze on your face. We recommend eating out here as it is absolutely breathtaking in the morning/afternoon! Backyard area: Play some ping pong or swing on the hammock. You can also take a picture with the antique Hawaiian statue! During your stay You can reach me anytime as I will usually respond within 5-10 minutes. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have and I will do my best to answer them! Other things to note Unfortunately, we no longer allow access to anywhere inside the house excluding your booked room. We have also discontinued kitchen access and our complimentary breakfast. Apologies for the inconvenience! Apart from inside of the house, the rest of the outside of the house is considered common area where all guests staying may use freely!
