Amenities include heat/central air conditioning, Wi Fi, stereo, and Netflix. Best Location in Town with grocery markets within 10 minutes well as numerous retail stores and restaurants. Located near Government Center, you are in close proximity to Boston Common, the Public Garden, the State House, Beacon Hill, Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, Freedom Trail, Downtown Crossing, and within walking distance to Boston Harbor, Aquarium, Copley Square, Newbury Street (high end retail and boutique shopping), Prudential Center, Theater District, Back Bay and so much more! Also near Mass General Hospital and colleges (Suffolk University, Emerson College, Boston University, Northeastern University). You can easily take public transportation from Logan Airport (25 minutes away) or a 10 minute taxi ride. Note Route 93 and the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) are within 5 minutes to drive out of the city. Rental cars are within 10 minute walking. Parking is available for 35 $ a night . It is only 1.1 hour from Boston, 2.5 hours from midtown/upper West New central York City ( I have a beautiful 1-4 people condo which I rent out per day) , 45 minutes from Hartford CT , 1.1 hour from Providence RI.
