My home is not suitable for INFANTS, TODDLERS AND CHILDREN under the age of 12. Please do not bring them. My dogs are not children friendly. It is a safety issue. There are other Airbnb’s nearby that are child friendly. 5. NO PETS!! My home is not suitable for your animals. My 2 support dogs are very territorial. Your pet will cause my dogs to become very aggressive which will totally stress out a family member with a cognitive disability. It could also become a dangerous situation. Pets are not allowed in my house. 6. Active Security camera is located near the outside doors for safety sake. There are no cameras inside the home. 7. There is no stove and no oven. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a micro, toaster, Keurig, kettle and fridge. The bedroom also has a small fridge in it. 8. Washer and dryer available for guests spending 4 or more nights. (We are negotiable depending on the circumstances). 9. Please be considerate of family, other guests and neighbors. Quiet times are between 11 PM and 7 AM.
